PROCEEDINGS. - Wife, as plaintiff, filed for default divorce against husband. The District Court approved the parties' settlement
agreement with certain alterations and a decree was entered and served on the husband. The Husband sought to modify the decree
to conform to the settlement, but the court reaffirmed the original decree and entered judgment for past due alimony. RESULT. - Affirmed/reversed. Per Greenwood; Billings & Davidson concur.
